At TeraRewards, a brand owned and operated by Ahoy Digital Pvt Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”), we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all users of our platform https://www.terarewards.in. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, rewards, and cancellations are handled.
1. Rewards Program

Rewards earned through the TeraRewards program are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Once rewards are redeemed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.
2. Payments

All payments made through the Platform are processed securely via Razorpay.

We do not store or have access to your sensitive payment details such as card numbers or bank account information.

Any disputes regarding failed or duplicate transactions should first be raised with your bank or Razorpay.
3. Refunds
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction.

Failed Transaction: If the payment is deducted but not reflected in your account or rewards balance.

Service Error: If rewards are not credited due to a technical issue at our end.
In such cases:

You must notify us within 7 days of the transaction by emailing us at [Insert Support Email] with proof of payment.

Upon verification, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Cancellations

Once a reward redemption or transaction is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Orders placed with partner businesses are subject to their own cancellation policies, and TeraRewards is not responsible for such cancellations.
